He spent three seasons with Baltimore Brigade and in 2018 appeared in all 12 regular season games, started in three, and was a top receiver for Baltimore in 2018. He caught 36 passes for 450 yards and 11 touchdowns. His 2018 single game-high includes catching six passes for 100 yards and two touchdowns against the Albany Empire.

The Washington, D.C. native appeared in five games and started in two contests for the Brigade in 2017. He had 23 receptions for 244 yards and racked up seven touchdowns.

Williams caught 126 receptions for 1,612 yards and 11 touchdowns during his four seasons at Delaware State University. He had an impressive junior year where he led the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) in total receptions (58) and receiving yards (888). He also was a conference leader in receiving yards per contest (80.7).

Prior to joining the Brigade, Williams was briefly signed as an undrafted free agent with the Oakland Raiders.
